By accessing or using the Miske website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. PRODUCTS
We make every effort to display our products, materials, colours and details as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device, lighting conditions and other technical factors.
As our products are made in small quantities and may involve handmade processes, minor variations in colour, texture, finish, stitching, hardware or other details may occur between individual pieces and the product images shown on our website. As designs may be produced in limited quantities, certain small details may also vary between production runs. These variations are a natural part of our materials and production process and do not affect the overall design or functionality of the product.
Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes and may include differences in lighting, styling or presentation.
As our products are made in limited quantities, availability may be limited. We reserve the right to update product information, availability, pricing and specifications at any time.
We may discontinue products, limit quantities or restrict availability of products where reasonably necessary.
2. ORDERS
When you place an order through our website, you are requesting to purchase the selected product.
After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided at checkout. The order confirmation confirms that we have received your order.
We reserve the right to cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, a pricing or listing error has occurred, information provided in connection with the order is incomplete, inaccurate or fraudulent, a technical or system error has affected the order or another issue prevents us from fulfilling the order. If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, the amount paid will be refunded.
You are responsible for reviewing your order information before submitting the order and for ensuring that the information provided to Miske is complete and accurate.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices displayed on our website are shown in Georgian Lari (GEL), unless otherwise stated.
Delivery charges are added to the order as indicated during the ordering process.
Miske reserves the right to change prices, promotions and other commercial conditions at any time. Changes will not affect orders already concluded, except where correction or cancellation is permitted or required by applicable law, including in cases of pricing, promotional or technical errors. Where an affected order is cancelled after payment has been made, any amount paid will be refunded.
Payments made through the website are processed by Flitt, a third-party payment service provider. Miske does not directly process or store your full payment card details.
4. DELIVERY
We currently deliver orders within Georgia.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.
We will do our best to ensure orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe. However, Miske is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including delays or disruptions caused by the delivery provider.
Once your order has been handed over to the delivery service, we will do our best to assist you with any delivery-related issues.
The customer is responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and contact information and for being reasonably available to receive the order.
Additional delivery costs arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, failed delivery attempts, refusal to receive an order or circumstances attributable to the customer may be charged to the customer to the extent permitted by applicable law.
5. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS
Miske wants every order to arrive in the condition in which it was intended to be received.
If you receive a damaged product or, in the rare case, a product different from the one you ordered, please contact us at contact@miskestudio.com within 24 hours of receiving your order and include photographs of the product and packaging.
We may request additional photographs, order information or other reasonable information necessary to assess the issue and determine the appropriate solution.
Customers should not use, alter, wash, repair or otherwise unnecessarily handle a product while a reported issue is being reviewed.
Consumers purchasing products online may also have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within the applicable legal period, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

6. REFUNDS
Refunds will generally be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the customer or required by applicable law.
The timing for the funds to appear in your account may depend on the payment provider or financial institution used for the transaction.
Where a return is required, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by Miske.
Where a reduction in the value of a returned product is legally applicable because of handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics and functionality, Miske reserves the right to take such reduction into account to the extent permitted by law.
7. PRODUCT CONDITION
Products returned to Miske should be kept in their original condition and packaging where reasonably possible.
A product should not be used, stained, damaged, altered, washed, or otherwise handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.
8. WEBSITE USE
You may use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:

10. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
We aim to keep our website available and functioning properly, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times.
We may temporarily suspend or restrict access for maintenance, technical issues, security reasons or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Miske reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms of Service at any time and at its sole discretion.
Any changes will take effect when the updated Terms are published on this page, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
The Terms applicable to an order will be those in effect at the time the order is accepted, subject to any mandatory rights or obligations imposed by applicable law.
12. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
13. NO WAIVER
Miske’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
A waiver of any provision shall be effective only where expressly made by Miske.
